1. What is the primary objective of this ICT competition?

  • The primary objective of this competition is to promote and enhance digital literacy and ICT skills among primary school students in a fun and engaging way.

2. Who is eligible to participate in this competition?

  • This competition is open to only primary school students

3. What are the categories of this competition?

  • There are typically several categories in the competition, such as basic programming, Microsoft packages and general ICT knowledge.

4. How do I register for the competition?

  • Registration details and forms will be provided through your school or available on our official website and social media.  You can register via  https://bit.ly/Register4evolve2023.

5. Is there a registration fee?

  • Yes. Registration is N10,000 per School payable to Kingshouse learning centre

6. Can I participate individually, or do I need to be part of a team?

  • The competition is only Open to Primary School Students and you must be in a school to participate.

7. What are the rules and guidelines for each category?

  • Detailed rules and guidelines for each category will be provided after registration.

8. What prizes are available for the winners?

1st Prizes: N 300,000

2nd Prize: N 200,000

3rd Prize: 100,000

Consolation prizes for the 4th  and  5th  position  

Goody Bags for participants.

 

9. How will the competition be conducted?

There will be CBT sessions where participants are required  to  use  the  computer,  practical demonstration of ICT skills and lots more.

10. Are there any study materials or resources available to help us prepare? – NO. The Competition will cover ICT Curriculum for Primary School.

11. How are the judges selected for the competition? - Judges are usually experts in the field of ICT or education. They are carefully selected for their knowledge and experience.

13. Can parents or teachers attend the competition with the participants? – The School is to bring one teacher and 3 Participants to the Competition
